If you are landing at Cancun International Airport and want lower uncertainty, a prebooked airport transfer is often the simpler choice. Uber can still be useful in Cancun, but it is a stronger fit after you have arrived: hotel-to-restaurant rides, city trips, short flexible journeys, or cases where you are comfortable following live app instructions and comparing the fare at the moment you need the ride.
