Licensing Terms

Before purchasing the license and/or using C Point software, make sure you read and accept the Licensing Terms below.

If you disagree with the Licensing Terms do not purchase the license and/or use the software. By making the purchase you indicate the acceptance of the Licensing Terms.

While to our best knowledge our software is bug free, no warranty, either expressed or implied, is made regarding the performance or fitness for any particular purpose of the computer programs and written materials. The software is provided “AS IS”, and you, its user, assume the entire risk as to its quality and performance.

Single-User License (when available)

The Single-User License entitles you to install the registered version of the software on two desktop computers and one laptop, or on a single network server, as long as no more than one user can concurrently access the software.

Single-Site License (when available)

The Single-Site License entitles you to install the registered version of the software on a single website.

Multi-Site License (when available)

The Multi-Site License entitles you to install the registered version of the software on an unlimited number of your own websites.

Developer License (when available)

The Developer License entitles you to install the registered version of the software on an unlimited number of your own websites and on your clients’ websites.

Agency License (when available)

The Agency License entitles you offer services using C Point software to an unlimited number of your clients.

Refunds

30-Day Refund Policy

Due to the nature of C Point software products and their accessibility immediately upon purchase, there is a conditional strict 30-day refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase. Any inquiries for a refund after the 30-day period will be denied, unless it’s a fraud case. Please note that for us to issue a refund, your reason must be VALID and JUSTIFIED. Risk-free No-questions-asked 30-Day Refund Policy

For certain products we may offer Risk-free No-questions-asked 30-Day Refund Policy, allowing you to aks for and receive the full refund without providing any reason.

Please note: to get the refund all you need to do is open a Support Ticket, but opening a PayPal dispute with a false or unsubstantiated claim voids our money-back guarantee (see Disputes below).

Subscriptions

We do NOT provide refunds for subscription payments. You can cancel the subscription at any time.

Installments

We do NOT provide refunds for installment payments. You can cancel the installment payments before the license is paid in full, but this makes your license null and void (note: you might still be entitled to the valid downgraded license).

In case of TV Boss Multisite, TV Boss Agency, or TV Boss White Label:

  • It takes the total of 2 installments to pay the TV Boss Multichannel license in full.
  • It takes the total of 3 installments to pay the TV Boss Agency license in full.
  • It takes the total of 4 installments to pay the TV Boss White Label license in full.
  • If you only pay ONE installment for the Multichannel license and then cancel, your Multichannel license becomes null and void. However, you will receive the Single-channel license.
  • If you only pay ONE installment for the Agency license and then cancel, your agency license becomes null and void. However, you will receive the Single-channel license.
  • If you only pay TWO installments for the Agency license and then cancel, your Agency license becomes null and void. However, you will receive the Multichannel license.
  • If you only pay ONE installment for the White Label license and then cancel, your White Label license becomes null and void. However, you will receive the Single-channel license.
  • If you only pay TWO installments for the White Label license and then cancel, your White Label license becomes null and void. However, you will receive the Multichannel license.
  • If you only pay THREE installments for the White Label license and then cancel, your White Label license becomes null and void. However, you will receive the Agency license.

Disputes

  • People who purchase the software license from us receive the link that allows them to open the C Point member account with the FULL ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE. We do not refund people who make the “Item not Received” claim AFTER they have opened the account because they would be lying and it is easy for us to prove it to PayPal or their credit card provider.
  • We make every effort to accurately describe our products. We do not refund people who do “Not As Described” refund claims because they would be lying and it is easy for us to prove it just by sending our sales page and product page to PayPal or their credit card provider.
  • We do not refund people who make a “Payment Not Authorized” claim, UNLESS they can provide either the police report event number or the credit card cancellation letter issued from the credit card provider due to fraud. Let’s face it, if someone is a fraud victim, these are the 2 basic steps they would take. Failing to present one of these 2 documents, will result in the refund refusal.
  • We provide comprehensive support for our products and ALWAYS endeavor to resolve any issues amicably.

FAQ

Q: I bought WP Master Developer and I would like to install it and use on my home desktop computer, my work computer, and my laptop. Can I do this with the single-user license?
A: Yes, as long as no more than one user can concurrently access the software.

Q: Do C Point software installs include co-registrations?
A: No. Our software installs do NOT include any third-party installs, or offer any “helpful” browser toolbars.
