The purpose of Antechinus® creative software is to provide individuals and companies with high-quality tools and know-how on web development and business marketing on the Internet. You are entitled to use the information on our web pages, software, and other products and services to develop and market your business.
Our web pages contains information, data, articles, images, and other content accessible to the public. All content is owned and copyrighted by Craig Crawford unless stated otherwise.

- Development or distribution of spyware
- Development or distribution of computer viruses or other malicious code
Individuals and/or organizations participating in unethical or illegal business practices will have their account with us terminated immediately, and may result in legal action for injunction, damages or both. In case of fraudulent transactions or other fraud C Point cooperates with law enforcement agencies to prosecute those responsible to the full extent of the law.
3. Prohibited Behavior
C Point maintains Discussion Forums and Support Tickets. Hate speech, racism, violent and abusive comments directed towards other members or our staff are strictly prohibited, and will result in an immediate account termination with no refunds.
4. What information is being collected and why
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web site, products and services, and is not shared with other organizations for commercial or other purposes. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail. To prevent unauthorized opt-ins, IP address is logged when subscribers opt-in to receive emails from us.
